Operations Manager
Caitlin Fierro serves as the Operations Manager at Christopher Edwards Financial Associates where she assists with marketing, human resources, and operations. She is proud to work for her family business and to maintain the legacy of her father, Chris Kenneally. As a key partner focused on growth and development, her objective is to help the firm strategically scale and develop, with best-in-class operations practices.
Prior to joining Christopher Edwards Financial Associates, she spent 10 years of her career helping tech companies scale, grow, and operationalize best practices.
Caitlin graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She lives in Glen Ridge, New Jersey with her husband, son, and two French bulldogs. When she isn’t working, she loves to play tennis, cook, workout, or spend quality time with her family.
